Refund policy

NO returns on CUSTOM items made. If the error was on our behalf (we are human), a new item will be made asap and sent to the customer.

Ready to ship items may be exchanged if the customer ordered the wrong size or found a different product they like better. This does not include custom items.

Refunds will be given on a case by case order, please note we are human and mistakes happen. We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchase. Please send an email for any orders needing addressed.
